SMS Terms & Conditions
By calling a business phone number that uses the Orbityns service, you consent to receive a follow-up SMS text message related to your call, including missed-call callbacks, appointment scheduling, and account notifications. Calling constitutes your consent to receive this follow-up text. Consenting to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Orbityns.
Opt-In Details
Messaging consent is collected either when a customer calls a business phone number using the Orbityns service (triggering a single follow-up SMS about that call), or explicitly via a checkbox on our website forms. Pre-checked boxes are never used on any form, and consent is restricted exclusively to the purpose disclosed.
Opt-Out & Unsubscribe
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our business number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To resume receiving messages after opting out, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.
